I ordered online through FB a sale on chairs. This was back in August and I still have not received the chairs or refund that they tell me is being given. I have sent many emails to them in which they tell me that the chairs have been lost through their shipping. I asked for a refund and yes that would be given but never does. I lost over $60. They claim to be QVC with a great ad and video. They are not and I lost money! Their email is info@erzrasrt.com! Watch out for this scam!

Facebook ad for QVC same description as the original poster of this scam. Buy 2 Chairs get 2 free. Had a video just like QVC and all seemed legit. No chairs. Email says they are stuck in customs. Every time I email I do receive a reply, but never a solution.

I ordered from "Hobby Lobby" (or what I thought was Hobby Lobby). Once I ordered I found out it was actually coming from China. They were delivered (really cheap sunglasses) but I emailed them, and said I never got them. They said they will send out another order, and said, "don't worry, just be patient." Next status was that it was delivered to a different state. It's probably the same cheap sunglasses. I requested a refund but never received it.

I thought that I was purchasing 2 chairs with side tables for $19.99 from QVC and was promised to get 2 free but I never received any. I have emailed the info@erzrasrt.com multiple times and they keep telling me that they were delivered. They told me that they would send me another set or give me my money back. I have not received anything back except that I did receive a cheap pair of sunglasses in the mail instead.
