Website came up in a Google shopping search. I ordered using google pay (with my card info) and received an email immediately confirming my order was in process, and providing me with an order number. Many days later when I had no updates from them, I began to question the validity of the site, and started doing more research. It was then I discovered that it was "probably fake" per some online scam report pages. I emailed them (replying to the order confirmation email) and asked them to cancel my order. Again, no response. So I tried to call the contact number on the website, which went straight to a busy signal every time. So I looked up the store, "Ed's Liquor Store" in Santa Monica, CA which IS a legitimate brick and mortar business. I called the number associated with the physical location and spoke with a very nice salesperson, who told me point blank they do not have a website and there is someone impersonating the business online and scamming folks out of money. The transaction shows on my bank record as going to an address in the UK, 97 Canning St, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 8UH, UK. When I searched this, it came up as a residential address. I have since gone back to the website and documented that the checkout process takes you from edsliquorstore.com to a site, securenatural.us. When I searched for securenatural.us, it comes up as ANOTHER fraudulent website that sells beauty products. I am praying my small credit union attached to that card will reverse the charge and give me a new card number to protect the account.
