Business only gave me partial shipment and carried me on for a month. I canceled the rest of the shipment that was ordered on July 14, 2023. As of October no refund received. This is the message they sent everytime for over 60 emails:

Dear Customer

We have confirmed with our financial department, your refund has been completed. Usually it takes up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your card statement. Or you can also make a call to the bank to confirm more details later.

There is no phone number to contact this company. The contact information is used for several online companies
