computer screen froze while on google- stated personal info at immediate risk-phone number given. talked with rep- eventually talked with Rick-diagnostic tech, Ashley-repair tech, Mickey Jones- billing. I paid 799 dollars via check to Novatech for computer repair and new firewall, as well as free monthly computer check for 24 months as well as computer security for 24 months. When i called today-neither phone number was correct. Their head office address is 110 16th St. mall suite 1400 Denver, Co. 80202
