I preordered a Billy Idol Funkopop collectible from Boxzilla's website. I think I remember when I ordered it, that it was supposed to ship sometime in December. On December 10, I emailed them, asking what the estimated shipping date was, and received an auto-generated response, saying I would be notified when it shipped, not even answering my question. Again, I sent another email on December 12, no response. I did, however, file a complaint with Paypal, and received an email that they ruled in my favor, and are issuing me a refund of purchase price, $15.49. I just wanted to file a complaint here, anyway, just because the business should be reported.
