An email was sent to me saying that the company was processing a payment of $899.99 for a 3 yr subscription that is renewing. I have never had a LifeLock subscription. I could receive a refund if requested within 24 hrs. I requested a refund by calling the phone #888-820-9854. They started to ask for my information to refund the money. I just said I wanted the refund and that I wasn't giving them info because they should already have it if they charged my credit card.
