i initially found this website through Facebook.I was taken to a page with an online form to fill and submit, they messaged me on Facebook messenger requesting I check my email. We began correspondence during which a contract was sent to me to fill and sign, As I was purchasing this puppy for my niece, I forwarded the contract to her via Adobe for her to sign, she sent it back I also signed and added a sticky note and emailed it back to info@ bestgermanrottweilerpuppies.com. the tactic used to extract money was

they insisted I pay using a friends and family option as puppies were not considered goods and services, i sent payment through my paypal credit account. I received an email from this person saying thanks and we will ship puppy. now they are ignoring my emails.

Another tactic was sending an official looking contract.
