I sent in my sapphire and diamond anniversary band to get resized. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks from time of receipt. Four weeks later I was emailed and told to give them another two weeks. Today I got an email stating they need another 3-4 weeks. They've already charged me for services not provided and I have not received my ring.
