I placed an order online on 12/31/22 from an advertisement on TIKTOK. The order was for three jewelry items. I used my debit card to pay. The order was processed twice(one failed attempt). Which resulted in my bank loss prevention department canceling my debit card for fraudulent activity. An invalid order/tracking number was provided. I have reached out multiple times via email with no response. There is no customer service number for contact. I have still not received my order or refund.
