First we were contacted by text message then received a check and letter by priority mail with instructions to cash the check at our bank then go to 2 different Walmarts and purchase (4) $500 gift cards at both locations then text (831)529-5568 and (405)400-8336 and send pictures of proof of purchased gift cards and receipts along with your survey report to [email protected] then purchase a cashier's check worth $20 at your bank in name of CARE USA FOUNDATION then text for further instructions.
