There was an ad on TikTok saying that the business is closing and selling all the jewelry at 75% off. I clicked into the website and ordered a ring on 5/30/23. I got a thank you email and then an email saying “action required” but it was just another ad. I put in a request to find out where my order was and on 6/2/23 there was an email saying it was on the way, but the tracking number did not work. I still have not received anything and have not gotten any response. I am not the only one that this has happened to.
