Saw a jewelry store on TikTok and purchased a ring they stated was 925 silver. Address was California. Got shipping info and came from China. Emailed them at their email:[email protected] and they will not answer. Finally got the ring and it’s damaged and no stone and it is not sterling silver it’s gold plated. Still no one will answer. Have no phone number to call
