Sent for an Influcase via online purchase I was supposed to receive an email when the product shipped. I never received the email nor the product. I sent 3 separate emails to their customer service department and received no acknowledgment or a response. They are not a legitimate company.

This is a cellphone scam site. Don’t fall for it. They make it seem like they give 24/7 customer service but I’ve yet to receive any kind of reply. They say wait for a max of 60 days which is just bull[censored]. They’re tracking number is a strange site that says someone already picked it up. Well- that someone isn’t me. Save your 25$ or other price they’re trying to rip you off for.

I purchased an iphone case on 9/2, received an email 9/5 saying my shipment was on the way..even got a tracking number. Emailed end of Sept because I still didnt receive the case AND when I used the tracking number provided I got a message that no information was available check again later. Emailed the support email again..still no response. No phone number found to call for support. Emailed again last week. No response . Still do not have the item I paid for as of 11/16!

I ordered a cell phone case and c[censored]der on 10-2-20 It is now 10-16-20. I have attempted multiple times to get information in regards to my order. They have social media accounts which I also reported. I posted on IG and was contacted by another individual who said this company has not delivered merchandise weeks ago. The person also stated the company keeps deleting ppls comments in regards to order tracking. I reversed the transaction today, what a waste of time!

I found Influcase via an Instagram ad. I decided to buy one of their phone cases on 10/23/19. They immediately charged me $24.99. The product never arrived. I emailed on 11/20/19 asking for an update and never heard back. I think this company is a total scam.
