Ordered the product on Sept. 7, 2023. I was provided tracking up until 9-18-23, when the product was last in grand prarie texas. I am no longer able to track order through the email, and it wants me to download an app in order to track. My product has still not been delivered. I ahve tried calling the customer service number with no response. I have emailed and only get a generated respone of email received. I was able to hear back from them on facebook messenger, but they only told me to reach out through email again. I have emailed them tobday requesting a refund at this point.
