I ordered a candle. Two weeks go by and haven't heard anything from them. I email them and they tell me to expect a tracking number in no less than 12 business days. 12 more business days passed, and I still haven't received anything. I email them again for a refund and they said it's already been processed and can't be canceled. They also told me in an email thag it shipped, but they refuse to give me a tracking number. It's been over a month since I ordered, and I still haven't received my order or a tracking number. I'm also now seeing a lot of videos about people getting scammed by them for the same thing. They also tried to charge me $30 for a subscription that I never signed up for.
