Date of first transacion 3/16/2024 and a 2nd on 3/23/2024 I wanted to take a vacation to relax and I chose the Spectacular Skyline Penthouse which was posted on xxxxx.Com by Infinite Spot. I booked a reservation for this penthouse three times. The 1st time I did it my bank wouldn't accept the card so it was cancelled. Then the second time I did it with another card through xxxx and the payment went through as you can see by the payment information I sent you and for some reason xxxxx cancelled it but didn't refund my money then I did it a 3rd time and this time they kept the payment and the reservation was in place. Since they didn't give me a refund for the second time and it was cancelled I contacted my bank to get the money from them when I did that Musael the founder of Infinite Spot threatened me and said you will not win you might as well drop the case; however, I let the bank continue with the case yet even now I've still yet to receive the refund. After that on the day of the vacation which was supposed to be on June 7th to June 12th I drove to the reservation spot on 1180 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 and when I went there I saw the building they put on the xxxxx.com website I talked to the staff members inside and they informed me that the place Riva was a private condominium and they don't rent out rooms to anybody then they informed me that the reservation I booked was a scam. So imagine, I was far from home with my family and I had no place to stay so I spent hours calling xxxxx asking them to cancel the reservation the first person I spoke with hang up, the second told me they would cancel the reservation in 30 minutes to check my email for the refund I received zero, zip, nada. After that, I had to rent another place which was an extra $2000 and this is why I deserve a full refund and I want to report this so that no one else has to experience the torture I experienced from Infinite Spot!
