An agent reached out to us saying telling us that we should by the used car warranty. We purchased and 1 month later, our car had transmission problem. The company sent an appraiser out. They said that it was a pre-existing condition. The mechanic disagree and said that it wasn't pre-existing because we were driving it over 3000 miles since were purchase the warranty. We requested for a second appraiser to go out to re-look at the vehicle but the company refused to do so and just denied the claim again. So we requested over 5 times to refund out money but they refused to do so. They told us that in order to return out money we have to sign a contract stating that we will not sue them. We ended up losing $1400 plus paying $5000 for a new transmission. This is so upsetting. We are not the only consumer that they took advantage of. They are running a fraud. They way they setup business it's so hard to sue them. They should not advertise their business outside of Michigan state.

THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORCE YOU TO SIGN A CONTRACT TO NOT SUE THEM. THE WILL NOT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND!
