I was on the internet on my laptop when this warning message popped up. It said, "Do not do anything else on your computer because you have a love worm virus on you computer so please call 1-855-746-0228. I called the number and a man named steve told me that my computer was badly infected and only they can fix it. So I let him talk me into giving control of my computer to him. He said that it would take him two hours to clean my computer. After he finished he put an anti-virus software on my computer called, "360 Total Security". This security software cost me $149.99. After I told my sister what I had done she told me that it was nothing but a scam. I decided to research this "360 Total Security" and it turned out to be a real anti-virus software but it was made in China and they were offering it as a free download. I felt pretty stupid when I discovered that I paid for something that I could've gotten for free. Now I am scared that steve is going to hack into my computer and get all my personal information. All I can say it be aware of those tech support people that are scam artists. Hopefully he hasn't put any malware on my computer.
