A number of years ago I purchased a tech support offer and then within days cancelled. I cancelled due to virus appearing on my computer shortly after installation of the tech support software. They claim they can only refund to me by my allowing them access to my computer. I refused. Every year they call me and refuse to give me information that will allow me to check on their authenticity. Phone numbers they provided are either wrong or go directly to voicemail. Address given does not show on Google maps. They wouldn't give me an email. Each year they call about this time, summer. Their company name changes as well.

Received call from company called iNet Global Solutions stating that owe a fee of $4950.00 for 3rd party support on computer or she will have wages garnished and their attorney will be sending paperwork from their attorney Bruce Oldeman for lawsuit. This goes back to a scam that occurred in 2016 and they are stating that I used software for 4 years, although the scam was reported to my bank in 2016, so they are following up on that. Also got email after the phone call with a bill stating "invoice" with the address and name of the company. When attachment opened the email and PDF deleted on its own with no proof it was ever sent.
