I ordered a gazebo 10x 12 for 70 dollars still cant get my money back or reach them at all This is some bull people like and and the other on this form work hard for our money And people like Ineboa come along and think it is theirs It burns me up But i was the dumb one who payed for it . Does any one know about how to get my money back at all

Ordered from their website. Item was a Grill Gazebo. I received confirmation email with tracking. Once item was reported delivered, it turned out to be 10 cheap face masks. I used a reputable company for making the purchase, and immediately filed a complaint. Ineboa offered a partial refund, which I refused. They then offered a full refund contingent upon returning the cheap item to China. After some investigation it turns out this company has defrauded many people using the same tactic. You either let them have the money from the discounted refund, or spend more of your own money to ship their cheap item back. Either way, you get scammed. The company through which I made the purchase protected me with a full refund. However, the seller, Ineboa, no longer returns emails, doesn't answer the phone, and their website is down.

So Far I haven't received my paid for 10 ft Solar LED Cantilever Offset 360 degree Umbrella for my now since end of June treeless HOT deck...my payment cleared in July...hubby just had 5 way bypass, can we sit outside now, NO, why not, I am not hearing ANYTHING except ONE EMAIL. AFTER I had to inquire, Got a semi- automated response...we will give you a tracking number...WHAT THE? What should I do?

Do not order from them, game of cat and mouse. Saw the site with Amazon and Wayfair, new company and no reports at the time of bad business stationed in New York. Ordered an Umbrella stand for $74.00 as a gift but received face masks.

I ordered a Gazebo with LED Lighting and Bluetooth Sound NO291612219 $69.15, and was sent face mask. i asked for a refund and this is what was sent in a email:

Hi,

We feel so sorry for your unhappiness,

If refund，we can only refund 60% of the original price to you,and we keep a little for a part of transportation cost, customs cost and commission charges with shipment.

Please understand.

Really hope you could think about that.

Ordered a tractor umbrella online, transaction went through in 2 days, received tracking information in timely manner. Received package in approximately 20 days. Did not receive what I ordered - received a small plastic bag with a label from China stating it held medical masks. All numbers affiliated with this company are bogus or not in service, even the number on the bank transaction.

I ordered a sunjoy canopy on 7/19/20 because the price was $69.99. It is now 8/15/20 and have heard nothing back. I emailed them and nothing. Please report them to google! This is a scam dammit!

When you purchase an item on the website they provide you a tracking number from China and when the item finally arrives you receive a cheap item that you didn’t order. In my case face masks instead of the tractor umbrella that I ordered. Have tried contacting with every phone number shown with no luck. Extremely disappointed! This company is a JOKE! China sending us face masks?!

When you purchase an item on the website they do not send any order confirmation email.

When I realized this was fishy and contact them to cancel the order within an hour or placing it, they said it was already shipped (it wasn't).

They then provide you a tracking number from China and when the item finally arrives you receive a cheap item that you didn’t order. In my case face masks instead of the patio umbrella that I ordered.

I kept contacting them via email to refund my money, and contrary to their website's own return policy, they say at best they will give me 60% of my money back, minus the cost of the bogus item PLUS the shipping which they ADMITTED is THEIR fault.

I also originally found them through Google Shopping and thought they would be verified by Google and legit but that's clearly wrong. NEVER AGAIN. Interestingly I can't find them through google shopping anymore to even leave them a negative review there! I am not going to take this lying down and I am going to fight!

Ha look at this b.s. -- I got my credit card company on them because PayPal is useless, and they said:

"I have checked with the shipping warehouse, the logistics accidentally sent the wrong product cause the items you ordered are in hot sale now. If refund，we can only refund 60% of the original price to you, and we keep a little for a part of wrong item cost and shipping fee."

This is ALL contrary to what ANY other business would do, and even against their OWN refund policy!?! https://www.ineboa.com/refund-policy

I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and I suggest anyone else who unfortunately gets caught in this scam does too!
