Our staff received a call asking for approval to send product that we ordered in the past to us. The staff said they did not have authorization to approve this and took his name and number down. I called the person back and told them that we did not want any of their product. Then we receive 2 gallons of Eliminator in the mail and later a bill for $161.00. I called them to say that we will not be paying their bill and if they wanted their product back since we did not order it they can send us a return ship label to us or come and pick it up. We will be not using it. This is a total SCAM - they started in on me and I interrupted and said this is not how its going to be played. You heard me - those are your options and I hung up.
