We received a box of light bulbs that we never ordered or authorized. When we wanted to return to sender there was to return address to send it back to. A few months later we receive an invoice for $657.00. When asked if we can return the bulbs, Ariana the clerk said no they don't accept returns after 30 days. I mentioned we never ordered them and she said too bad someone did. She also threatened if we don't pay she will send us to collections.
