I use to get a lot from Indoor Growing Canada but something is going on with them, from what I read online and my most recent personal experience. Maybe some kind of exit scam. I ordered a few things on sale in the beginning of December and still haven't got them. I started a dialog with them through email support, they gave me every excuse from Covid to Christmas to the B.C floods and everything in between. They told me for a while "probably next week" or they'd tell me a date that would come and go, now they just don't answer, it has been about 3 or 4 weeks now since I last heard from them, I've tried starting a new support email with no response, I also left a phone message with no response either. be carful if you decide to deal with them.

Paid for ''In-Stock'' items, the items we're never actually in-stock, they are a fraudulent outlet, they promised me credit for my 300$+/- spent on there website. (on 2 separate orders)
i can't believe that the Police hasn't done anything to them yet?

Purchased goods and was charged. Never heard a word about anything. And never received the goods which was purchased. Sent several emails and many phone calls and was never able to contact anyone. AVOID!
