Myself and many other users paid for a pencil case through the website Indiegogo which was to be delivered December 2022. Not only did the pencil case never arrive, but when users attempted to inquire about the status of their orders they were met wiht nothing except vague promises sent out between months. When attempting to contact the website admins they claimed their was nothing they could do on their end, which is when they passed us an email address that does not match either the campaign owner's name or business title; bear in mind that this information was not available on the campaign owner's page. Furthermore the campaign owner, Elevate Design, has not notable internet presence outside of their Indiegogo profile, which is incredibly suspicious since they claim to be a design company with a notable portfolio. Neither Indiegogo nor Elevate Design/Marcelino Ruelas/Lorenzo Vegga appear to want to issue refunds or show any form of accountability, hence why I believe Elevate Design scammed users and Indiegogo is attempting to cover this up.
