The Men's Bob Feller Cleveland Indians Replica Cream 1948 Throwback Jersey by Mitchell and Ness I received did not match the product pictured on the website. What I received appeared to be a cheap knockoff / counterfeit. The Indians’ logo on the shoulder is not correct and the overall quality is less than the product pictured. I asked for a refund because the product was clearly falsely advertised on the website. Below are the details of the names and emails I interacted with during my refund attempt. I was able to get $24 refunded out of my $59.99 purchase price. I can provide the website image and the invoices and email chain with the customer service person and the payment and refund emails which passed through PayPal.

I googled Indians gear and this website www.indiansmlbshop.com came up. When I placed my order, I got a PDF as an invoice from an out of country email address that did not match the website and another email from a separate address [email protected]. I emailed the second email back saying I needed a return and refund and was told that it has already been processed and would not be refunded. I reported them to my bank and got another email back saying "the item was made from the factory. Can you just keep it?". Please be aware!
