I received a call, caller ID said Matthew Wiggins (317.427.8021 - Fairland, IN); automated call said that my service with Indianapolis Power & Light was scheduled to be shut off within the next 30 min unless I paid amount that was due. I pressed 1 when automated service suggested to in order to speak with someone. When the man with an Indian accent (country - India) answered, I stated that I didn't go through IPL and the man stated that he would be happy to help me and then hung up. He never called back.
