Pop up on my computer said I had firewall damage and it should be repaired before shutting my computer down. I called the number for help. The lady said she could help me but I had to give her some information. My email address, where I bought, what kind of computer. I fell for it gave her the information. She said it would cost a certain amount of money. she showed me all my credit card numbers and my social security number. i agreed and gave her the credit card number. Then said told me the credit card denied payment andI would have to call my credit card and ok the payment. I handed the phone to my husband and he said we were not interested and hung up. We called our credit card and they are sending us a new card
