Received a phone call from a Russell Florence claiming to be from this business and said that there were complaints filed and a civil suit was going to be filed against my daughter and i was a point of contact. Also mentioned that she was to be served at work or at home. She filed a complaint with the bbb but then the threat moved to me. They threatened me with legal action unless i called them today or they would serve me at home or work. Threat was the same one administered to my daughter word for word. I also have voicemails from the scammer for further evidence that can be saved for 30 days
