I purchased a wig for $170 and they said they’d ship it in 24 hours. Then on the 13th I emailed them and they said theyd send a shipping number in 7-10 days. Now it’s been a month and they’re saying they still haven’t shipped it and they’ll only reimburse me 10% if I want a refund.
