An Individual was scammed

Lost $68.00 (now over 1200)

I used this service all of five minutes and it stole more than half of my money then lost the remaining. Who are these people and why do they no have a location, legal name of person owning the business, no mailing address or contact information? How can they have registered software on googleplay? How many others were scammed out of seemingly small amounts of money? I used the app for only minutes then it halved my money then lost it all. The app location is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.incognito.wallet

I had about 70 dollars in doge coin that is now worth over 1200 dollars.

Also they have now deleted my account to cover up the fraud and theft.

Why wasnt this followed up on? I submitted this complaint many months ago.
