Incensezen.com had a monthly subscription for incense that you could customize for $15 a month. First month was $10 if you subscribed during their promotion they had going at the time (September 2019). Money was pulled out of my bank account every month within the first few days of each month. They send out an email with a receipt number and invoice. They have a phone number linked which if you call it now it asks you to say your name and then rings to a voicemail which says to “leave a message because the google subscriber is not available”. Also when you look at the ID on the phone it shows they are coming from Cocoa, FL. The email address that is linked in the email sent with your receipt is different from the one that is sending you the receipt. I have tried to contact both email addresses. The email address in the email is [email protected] and the address when you hit reply is [email protected]. Incense zen has an Instagram (instagram.com/incensezen) and Facebook (Facebook.com/incensezen). They are affiliated with Stripe.com and mention stripe.com in the email which you receive your receipt. I attached a picture where you can see the bottom half of the email they send with the receipt, as well as their Instagram, Facebook, and what their website looks like today. I have yet to hear back from incense zen and have now seen on their social media that they have scammed other people as well.
