Incense Waterfalls "business" has so many social media pages and ads it's impossible to keep up with trying to report them all. They remove negative ratings from their websites ASAP, and also provided VERY misleading claims about the incense and back flow burner received. Day one, it doesn't work at all. The incense cones provided were nothing at all like advertised, different scent, shape, and also and additional charge they don't tell you about until you've already paid. I attempted to be patient with them, as covid has thrown everything out of whack, however, they refuse to accept that they sent a burner that didn't work at no fault of my own, but I can't return it unless I pay full price to ship it back to them. Then the bags of incense, other than not knowing ANY ingredients their made from, weren't labeled at all, and set off a reaction with my breathing to where I told them I refuse to use them until I receive an ingredients list. They offered to send more cones to resolve the issue, which completely missed the entire point of what my issues were. They also sent the same emails to me with the same click bait misleading information that was on everything I had tried to find on my own about the product. They charged the account numerous times for odd things, claiming it was part of the deal which it was NOT, and came to where now I'm stuck watching others get scammed nonstop globally, wound up having to open a new banking account that this "business" didn't have access to. These people need shut down immediately. What's seen in the picture is advertised as a $30 value including shipping, no more than $60. Two bags of unknown incense (scents didn't match packaging its in, as well as more colors of incense than they even offered as scents)

Somehow this became MY problem, absolutely useless unless I pay and ungodly amount to ship this back, when they shouldn't have overcharged and over drafted me to begin with. NOTHING about a subscription was said, yet they kept charging. As I said, after a few times and arguing with customer service... I gave up. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!! Even if it seems like a great deal, the information provided about aromatherapy is completely misleading and false, as well as the health claims they make about what their aromatherapy can do. Please stop them.
