I ordered a smart 2in1 go kart, paid for expedited shipping (total of $46.97) on 7/18/2023. I tried to access the website, but nothing came up, its just showing the site is illegal, a scam, not legit. There was an email address for contact info, I've been emailing asking for a refund, they kept saying be patience my order is in transit, weeks later & still no product, emailed again & was told it delivered 8/10/2023 in my mailbox by USPS, I emailed back explaining that I haven't received it, how can they fit a go kart in my mailbox, and I still want my refund for paying for expedited shipping, now they're saying I need to negotiate with the logistics company about the claim, nothing about a refund (seriously), they even said they hope I receive my goods ASAP, after saying it was delivered to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WAS HIGHLY UPSET, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company (if you're able to access the website), & I didn't cancel my banking info.

It was a chair I ordered online it took a while to confirm shipping they emailed a tracking number but it was not a legitimate USPS tracking number. Asked for a legit number but they sent message said item was delivered to front porch but it was. I work from home have cameras and nothing was delivered especially not an arm chair. They said i have to pursue it with post office. No refunds.
