3/28/2023: I followed link in Facebook ad for buy 1 garden bed get 2nd one free. Link took me to www.inacool.com, where I ordered both garden beds, paid by debit card. I received email confirmation same day (from [email protected]).

3/30/2023: Received shipping confirmation from [email protected], with tracking number.

4/5/2023: Received email from [email protected] stating status: in transit.

4/27/2023: Received email from [email protected] with subject line "status is pick up"; email stated that I can either pick up the pkg (but it doesn't say where to pick it up) or I can wait for the carrier to deliver it to me.

5/11/2023: I sent email to [email protected] (which was the eml addr provided if I had any issues with tracking/delivery) stating items not received. I recvd reply from Mia (from [email protected]) stating my items were delivered, that I should check my mailbox. Since it's impossible to fit two large garden beds into my tiny mailbox, there was nothing to check.

5/13/2023: I replied to Mia's email repeating items not received, requested escalation to her manager.

I searched internet attempting to get more information on Inacool. Found other company names associated with Inacool: QVC and Meledo Co., Ltd.

I also emailed [email protected] forwarding email chain from [email protected].

5/15/2023:

5/15/2023: Received reply from Usagi ([email protected])

5/15/2023: I replied requesting they re-send order.

5/15/2023: also received reply from Lucy ([email protected]) stating order was successfully delivered, pls chk mailbox or go to post office

5/15/2023: I received eml from Sindy at sale After ([email protected]) stating they have arranged to resend replacement via faster/safer way; that shippers said delivery time is 15-25 days.

6/3/2023: I emailed Sindy at sale After ([email protected]) requesting confirmation that order was re-sent or that it is still processing; requested order status.

6/4/2023: Received email from Ygeme at sale After ([email protected]) apologizing for inconvenience, stated pkg is in transit, need wait additional 8-10 working days.

6/22/2023: I emailed Ygeme at sale After ([email protected]) stating I waited longer than the time advised & repeated status request. I informed them I reported to BBB, and requested if no product to be sent, to refund me.

7/1/2023: Received email from Ygeme at sale After ([email protected]) stating they’re checking w/their shipper for detailed location of order & they’ll update me w/feedback when received from shipper.l

7/1/2023: I replied to Ygeme I no longer want the product, only want refund; requested they return funds to my bank immediately.

7/11/2023: Recvd eml from Ygeme stating they investigated shipment & made clm to shippers, & were informed from shippers possibly lost in transit. She offered a 50% discount of my payment and requested I buy item myself in my local area (yeah, like anyone in my local area would sell me two large garden beds for $24.99 (tax included). They also requested if I had any other ideas to tell them.

7/12/2023: I replied to Ygeme that only a refund is acceptable now; that I want entire payment of $49.98 refunded back asap; that they can either credit my bank acct or mail check to my address.

7/15/2023: Recvd eml from Ygeme requesting a screenshot of my payment order (screenshot package order number and order amount) so they can apply refund to me.

7/15/2023: I replied with two attached screenshots: 1) original receipt (email of 3/28/23 showing Inacool order number) and 2) eml from 3/30/23 showing shipped, with tracking number).

7/15/2023: Also Forwarded eml that I had sent to Ygeme, to [email protected], since the email I received on 4/5/23 stating my delivery was in transit was from them.

Ordered enclosed garden beds at 2 for $49.95. Then ordered 4 portable, outdoor rockind chairs at $19.95 (buy 1 get 3 free).

Received a rachet set, and some pink, thin, thin cloth. No annswets fromr China company!
