Type of a scam Online Purchase
At the bottom of the package was an address from Nashua. I emailed them to ask for my refund and wanted to return the items due to one being torn with a big hole in the back and both being very small.
We sent emails back and forth until they said they would only give me 10% of a refund, and that I could keep the items or give them away to friends.
I refused so it been a game each day with upping the amount they say they will refund to 35% of the total cost. Which was $59.
I paid using PayPal through my bank.
It has still not been resolved. Im sure there are others who are going through the same as me.
