Sent a message saying the package was delivered.

The item I received was an ugly scarf loaded with perfume….not the items I ordered…which were garden beds!!

Above ground garden was advertised on Facebook. It was U-shaped, and had a tall fence around to keep out rabbits, etc. The product was buy one get one free. I purchased two for $49.98 on March 20. The money was immediately taken from my bank account. Tracking link would not work, I could no locate the shipping company to track the package. On April 7, I received a package from China containing a very vibrant horse scarf-not sure if it is from the seller, but that is the only item I am expecting to be shipped to me currently. Additionally I had to pay $5.10 at the post office for postage for the scarf.

ad on Facebook for a garden planter box 2 for 1 deal. Received instead a silk scarf that I didn't order and no planter boxes. Website is now down and tracking # provided is no longer linked to any info.

I purchased a raised garden through Imprecari ad on facebook. They said my product has shipped and gave me the date it was supposed to arrive, but I did not receive it. I emailed their customer service, [email protected], but my email came back undeliverable.

Imprecari was on Facebook marketplace advertising a sale on raised garden buy one get one free. Cost was $49.99. After nothing arrived within a week, I checked the tracking number they provided and it said it was in California with no estimate of a date it would arrive, so I contacted [email protected] for status and apparently it's undeliverable. About a week later, I received a weird cheap scarf from RETURNEP, 19301 Pacific Gateway Drive, Torrance, California 90502 (USPS First Class). I noticed there was another label underneath it, which had chinese writing and said China Post on it in the return address area. So I have no other way to contact the company so I'm out my $50. Just want to warn everyone about this scam.

I, too, saw the ad on facebook for garden beds, you buy one and get one free. I paid the 49.98. It said it was based in California and would receive it in a couple of days. Many of the comments were good reviews with pictures of the garden beds they received. A month later I received a scarf and when I tracked the order it showed as delivered. I tried contacting the company, but the emails aren't going through and when I try to go to their website, it no longer loads either.

Ordered standing garden units. They have never been delivered. Ordered on Facebook. Name of their company is Imprecari. They are still running the ads and selling product or scamming people. They need to be stopped immediately. Cannot get a hold of them and haven't gotten any response back from my email requests for product or refund.

I saw an ad on Facebook saying that the company was having a "Going out of business sale" and were selling garden planter beds for $49.00USD. The offer was buy one get one free. I received an immediate confirmation number and tracking number. The shipment was shown as coming from China even though the website showed an address in Texas. I tracked the shipment until it was listed as "delivered". I never received a large package but I did find a small package in my mailbox that contained a scarf. The tracking number on the scarf was the same as the tracking number given to me for the garden beds. Today I responded to their "contact us" email address offering to send the scarf back and requesting a full refund. I intend to contact my bank to see if there is anything they can do to recuperate my funds as well.

Saw advertisement on Facebook about flash sale of raised garden bed, saw that there were some positive reviews from US, believed them and ended up buying it. Purchased it on march 11 and got email w/order number. On march 14 got email w/tracking number and courier name. However, it sends me to the "Global Logistics Track Platform" and says that there's no logistics information found for that tracking number; it only says that it's from China. I tried sending email to them but the delivery was incomplete. There's NO phone number to contact them.

It was a sale for a raised garden bed. I bought the item (which they advertised had full refunds if needed) and then received a handkerchief in the mail instead. Now I cannot get ahold of anybody and nobody will reply to me.

Purchased 2 garden beds through an Instagram ad for $49.98. Credit card payment processed through United Kingdom, but looked like product was being shipped from China (through Calif). Tried to email seller using their suggested email of: [email protected] but each time my email was returned. I could not get any further information. I never received my products.
