Type of a scam Employment
Daughter sent email offering part time employment at school. She expressed interest, but was never interviewed, called, or even provided a job description. Scammer sent a package, supposedly with a $500 check and told her to deposit it. She did not and asked how to return the package. Scammer said 'too late', and if she wanted to return it she'd have to pay $200 or he'd contact 'company lawyer' (sic). All correspondence in the attachment, and she is happy to discuss further.
