Said he was a document server asking if we would be home in the next hour to serve papers on a (non-existent) $22,000 small business loan. Said we "missed our court date 10 days ago". (We have no business loans and so there was no court date". He had my name ****** *****

I have received a phone call from a "resolution company"  they wouldn't give me the name of the business.  They say they are coming to serve me papers for a complaint filed against me then ask for my address to make sure I will be home to receive them.  They say this is the way complaints are handled now and if don't pay the fee with certified check or money or I would be taken to jail.
