Hi I am writing this for my Mother Anna D. Ferreira, on 3/8/22 she received a voicemail from someone claiming to be from Better Business Bureau, 240-255-6025, then on 3/9/22 they called again & had her talk to a Alex M. Davis about how they could help with her Debts, Alex informed my mom someone would be stopping by to gather information, a Howard Craig, who had her complete an agreement & notary, [email protected], he also took photos of her CT Driver's License & Citizens Bank Credit Card.

Usually my Mom knows to CALL ME FIRST, but these smooth talkers got to her & she only informed me of what happened yesterday, 3/14/22.

They left her with a copy of the Blank Agreement & an invoice of sorts & the notary information. She never received a copy of what she signed & the paperwork has NO COMPANY INFORMATION ON ANY OF THE PAGES.
