An individual with a foreign accent called and said he was calling to let me know I have an arrest warrant in my names from the IRS. He wanted to know what my intentions were and how I was going to pay $3953. He wanted me to go to a Target or Best Buy and purchase an EFTP (?)card. I then asked why i have not received anything by mail and he said because my case is still under criminal investigation. After 30 minutes, I then told him I know this is a scam and he started asking derogatory questions and I hung up the phone. He has since called back 3 times.
