I received a phone call from "Centerpoint" from a guy in dispatch who was being sent to disconnect my power. He gave me the above phone number to get my account in good standing. "Edward P Miller" was the contact. After asking for my account number, i explained exactly when I had sent my payments and I was not happy for being put on a disconnection notice. He promptly said he would "try" to not have it disconnected and hung up the phone. After calling Centerpoint and Tara Energy (my 2 providers), neither have me on a disconnection notice, nor do they recognize the phone number.
