Received a call that my PG&E service was due for disconnection due to non-payment within the hour. I was asked to speak with was Mr. Lopez who told me to rush to Dollar General and purchase a Moneypak card and quickly pay my bill. Mr. Lopez had my name, address and phone (landline). I asked why must I pay with a money card; Mr. Lopez stated that the offices are closed because of Covid and this is the only payment that will be accepted at this time. Mr Lopez worked hard to collect my cell phone information, in-which I did not share.

I did not fall for the intended scam, however I continue to receive calls my services will be interrupted today. I contacted PG&E and reported the call and conversation.
