I applied for a loan with this company once before & had no problem. I applied again 2 weeks ago. They approved me for the loan. A Richard Hunt told me it wouldn’t go through the server. I needed to send them 2 $200 Apple gift cards I bought them took photos & sent copies vie cell phone. It still didn’t go through. Was told to send $200 Target gift card. Fell for it & bought & sent it. When the loan didn’t go through I said forget it & send me my $600 back. They wanted me to get someone else’s bank account to send the money to. I refused. A week after a Jordan Lee called & wanted to send the loan plus the money owed. I agreed and said the bank said it was a new account, which it wasn’t. I had that account for about 30 years. I asked just for the money I sent back & was told no. On Thanksgiving I got a call from my banks fraud department. They were trying to get into my account. The bank closed my account. I went to the branch & opened a new account. Cant use on line banking yet nor can I receive my Social Security check via direct deposit. A check will come mid-month. I can’t pay my rent or other bills let alone buy food. When I said this they (Mr Hunt & Mr Lee) became quite angry & raised their voices when I remained calm. That is NOT what a lending organization should do.
