Consumer received a phone call saying her Apple products had been hacked.  She let the person into her computer to resolve the problem.  When they told her they wouldn't charge her money to fix the problem but they needed to have her bank account info to test the work they had done. 

When she didn't want to give them the account number she was told to get gift cards and read them the number. 

Money was taken out of her account using the Coinbase name.
