Mr. Allen Perish, from Universal Credit Loan Agency took advantage of me. In order to receive a loan, he said he has to do a Micro deposit of $950.00 into my US Bank Checking Account and then right away return the money back to him with gift cards with a $500.00 limit on them for Verification Policy reasons. Then he demanded to me to listen very carefully, this is the last step for Insurance Policy Verification. Allen deposited $2,950.00 into my Savings Account. Same thing again, he told me to return the money through gift cards. This whole thing was a MISTAKE OF FACT ON MY PART. THIS WAS ALL DONE BY PHONE, TEXT MESSAGEING BACK AND FOURTH. He insisted for me to take photos of the gift cards and receipts and text it back to him right away. Allen said I will receive my loan in a few hours or the next mourning. Well, I never received the loan and my US Bank accounts are now closed and under investigations. This happened in December 2022. So, Allen did the Fraud process through false pretense and for his own personal gain! I had no idea what he was doing on the other end of the phone line. Jury Instruction CalCrim 3406. I mistakenly believed a fact, that he told me the Company is not a fake and legit, BBB, A+ rated and so fourth... So, now I'm really in debt and sadly to say my reputation is not good. I'm a victim of crime. The scammer attacked me of my mental weakness and kniveness. I sincerely had no idea he was Frauding me? I apologize for not recognizing this act he professionly performed on me. Respectfully,
