We purchased concert tickets for a local venue on the day of the concert (several hours before hand). Stubhub charged us the price of the tickets plus “service fees” and then provided us a confirmation number with the promise of tickets delivered through mobile transfer. We received an email saying the tickets had been transferred with a link that led to a dead end on the local venues website. We refreshed multiple times and logged in multiple times to attempt to get the link to work with no success. In attempts to contact Stubhub the phone number had a recording saying they were receiving a high call volume and then ended with no option to wait to speak to a representative. When we tried to contact them on their website the website sent you in circles with no way to electronically contact them. When we got to the venue the box office said we are out of luck as we purchased through a “third party”. We were denied entrance because even though we had a confirmation email, the tickets would not transfer or load. Also I have alerted our bank to place stop payment and issue a fraud investigation as we paid for something that was never delivered and could not contact customer service at all let alone to resolve the issue.

This experience was incredibly frustrating, StubHub is a large company and should operate with ethics. I will never do business with this company again.

We called stubhub or what we thought was stub hub from the phone number on the internet and were directed to some Indian guy whom just took us for 400 dollars. Claimed the only way to receive our tickets was to drive to town and get 400 dollars worth of ebay cards and pay for them that way.
