OG Chang has a menu that allowes customer to oreder on line. However, the money goes to menuStar. When I went by to pic up food, owner said he had no order from me. I checked and told him I used online order from his webpage and the money was taken. He informed me that Customers had to call or come in to order, That online order thing wasn't his, but the MenuStar company, which he had no connection with.Also, he didn't have contact information or wouldn't give it. He was aware of the fact that if anyone ordered on line it went to a different location. I asked him to "fix' the problem with his webpage, but he stated it wasn't his problem.
