I want to report a company for posing deceiving employment opportunities. R-B Marketing posted an offer for an Entry Level Management Assistant Manager. I can no longer access the full job description, wages, or duties from this posting as the position has been closed. However, I can start with the first lie they told, which was that the job was in Oakland, CA. After getting a call back from the company, I was told that the position is actually in Pleasanton, CA, though the posting clearly says Oakland, CA. That was the first lie, but since I'm open to relocating, I decided to continue with the process. After doing two interviews (the first one remote and the second in person), it was revealed at the second interview that the actual position that the company would start me at would be "Client Associate", not the Assistant Manager Position that I applied for. Even better, the pay that was advertised on the job posting was $42,000 - $46,000. The reality? Starting wages would be $32,000, and that's only if the commission based pay yielded those numbers.

R-B Marketing has many other postings across various platforms, such as Ziprecruiter, and are also on LinkedIn, still posting for positions in cities where they are not located. Thy are using "R-B Marketing" and "RB Marketing" as their company names. Ple[censored]d them accountable for intentionally baiting in job seekers and not delivering on their postings.
