They offered me a loan then told me they needed insurance to secure the loan. After giving them $250 dollars they said my account was flagged because it was a business account. They then told me it would be another $375 dollars to complete my loan. I told them to cancel my application and to send me my $250 dollars back they said they would in 45 minutes after waiting an hour I called again and spoke with a manager, Alex Cooper. He said haha unless I have them $375 dollars to process the loan they would not give me the money back but if I gave them another $375 dollars they would refund me. I again said cancel my application explaining they completely wiped out my bank account. He said $375 was a small amount. He said he would extend it until tomorrow so I could call a family member or PUT MY CAR UP AS COLLATERAL! I said no way! He called me again the next day I told him they will not see another dime and to refund him for the service I paid them for that I did not receive. He again said "haha I love you boo-boo." This was very upsetting for me as that money was ALL I have. I have never gotten a loan before so I did not know that this was not legitimately a way to receive a loan I believed it was an insurance policy and I was laughed at in my face by a so called company!
