I noticed a charge for prime video on my bank account and I have had to report fraud with my bank 4 times within a year and this time I decided to try to handle it with prime video so I googled the number and called it. Well I somehow ended up calling a scam number and they told me to buy a $25 gift card to prove where I lived so I did. They asked for the gift card number so I gave it to them and they said they could see 3 other people had my debit card attached to their accounts and to get rid of each one I had to buy 3 gift cards to prove my location for each person who had my card on their account so I was at cvs making the purchase and the lady told me it was a scam. My purchase had already gone through and I wasn't able to get my money back from the gift cards but had she not of told me I would have been out $1025. But I am still stuck with a $500 gift card for nike. I have called my bank, cvs and nike and no one will help me get the money off the card. I just had a baby and don't have enough to even pay my bills and having a gift card with $500 for nike doesn't help me in any way.
